JUST ONE NAME values the customer experience and strives to provide you with the highest quality products and the most caring services. If there is any problem with the product you received or you have a bad shopping experience, please contact us in time, we will try our best to solve it for you.
Return & Exchange Notes:
- No reason to return or exchange within 30 days, you have 30 days after receiving the item to contact us for a return or exchange request. One exchange per order only (except for quality issues).
- If you find a mistake on our part, such as a defective product or the wrong product being shipped, please contact us for a return or exchange, see below for detailed return and exchange process. If you send the product back without contacting us first, your order processing and refund time will be delayed.
- Accessory & clearance products will not be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. If you find any quality problems with the accessory & clearance products after receiving the parcel, please contact us at the first time. The return period for accessory & clearance products is within 7 days of receipt.
- Personalized products are unique and made just for you. Therefore, we will not return or exchange any custom products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
- When initiating a return or exchange, your product must be in the same condition as it was received, with no signs of use, and you must send back all of the products you received, as well as the free gift.
- All shipping costs are covered by JUST ONE NAME for returns and exchanges due to issues with the brand.
- During the 30 days no-excuse return or exchange period, for return or exchange caused by customers' personal reasons, JUST ONE NAME will provide you with a free shipping label to help you send the product to our warehouse. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending out a new product when exchanging.
Return & Exchange Process:
✔️Step 1
If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team first, briefly explain the situation and give us your order number, then click "Return" on the order status page to initiate a return or exchange request.
✔️Step 2
After your return or exchange request is submitted, our customer service team will give you a link corresponding to your order, you need to click into the link and fill in the reason for return or exchange, upload the actual picture of the returned or exchanged item, and then wait for approval.
✔️Step 3
Once you've been approved, you can download the free shipping label that we've provided to you. You need to print out the shipping label and go to a nearby collection point to mail the returned or exchanged products.
✔️Step 4
After you send the package, you can check the mailing status of the returned or exchanged products and the status of each stage of warehouse inspection at any time.
✔️Step 5
After your package arrives at the warehouse and is confirmed, (1) you will receive a refund; (2) we will ship the new product and send you an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package.

Refund:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when placing your order, and will usually be refunded within 3 business days. Please note that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund, and delays in refunds are normal. However, if your refund is delayed for more than 10 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
