What materials are your cases made from?
Our cases are made from eco-materials, like polycarbonate (PC), thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU), and natural & renewable materials like pineapple peel, wood, or rubber.
How protective are your cases?
Our cases experienced a series of drop tests, we checked screens, corners, and bezels, the most common problems that occur when a mobile phone is dropped. 99% of phones are well-protected during the drop tests.

How can I edit my order after placing it?
Since orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, order changes are not guaranteed and are needed ASAP after placing your order. Contact us here. Be sure to include your order number!
Why am I missing an item in my order?
No need to worry! If the item you’re missing from your order isn’t listed in the shipment you’ve received, it’s likely coming in a separate shipment. You can confirm if the item is supposed to be in this shipment by referring to your dispatch notification. Each shipment has its corresponding dispatch notification.

SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing the order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping usually takes 8-15 days.
Express Shipping usually takes 3-10 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that some remote areas may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our customer service will proactively get in touch with you.
My order says delivered, but it hasn't. What do I do?
If you have not found it at your neighbor's house or at the local post office, and it has been 3 days since it was marked as "delivered" and you still haven't found it, please contact us.
Why hasn't my tracking link been updated?
It can take 2-3 days for tracking information to be displayed and it is not uncommon for packages to be in transit for more than 24 hours without updated logistics information. If you do not see updates for more than 72 hours, please contact us.

How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when placing your order, and will usually be refunded within 3 business days. If your refund is delayed for more than 10 business days, please contact us ASAP.
WARRANTY
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover damages caused by accidents, or misuse. For detailed warranty coverage, please review Lifetime Warranty.
