Return & Exchange Process：
- If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team first, briefly explain the situation, and give us your order number, then click "Return" on the order status page to initiate a return or exchange
- After your return exchange request is submitted, our customer service team will give you a link corresponding to your order, you need to click on the link and fill in the reason for return or exchange, upload the actual picture of the returned or exchanged item, and then wait for approval.
- Once you've been approved, you can download the free shipping label that we've provided to you. You need to print out the shipping label and go to a nearby collection point to mail the returned or exchanged products.
